Mehdi has over 20 years of real estate experience, starting with buying and remodeling homes in Canada and the US. He is the founder of JMK Property Investment, a real estate company that offers investment, construction, brokerage, and property management services. Currently, Mehdi serves as the CEO of JMK, overseeing the company’s strategy, goals, expansion, and day-to-day operations. Under his leadership, the investment and management operation has grown to oversee over 1000 doors and $200M in assets. Mehdi holds an MBA from The Wharton School of Business, a Masters in Engineering from McGill University, and a Bachelors in Engineering from Ecole Polytechnique de Montreal. He is also licensed as a general contractor, plumbing contractor, real estate broker, and community association manager in Florida. In his free time, Mehdi enjoys playing tennis, swimming, and kitesurfing. He has traveled to 45 countries and resides in Miami Beach with his wife and two boys.
